Add any of the following tags as normal text in your Joomla content, the syntax of the tag will be replaced by an image. The syntax will show as regular text in your backend, the Dummy Image will show up in the frontend of your web site.
1. { dummyimage 250:150 } : important: don't use blanks after '{' or before '}'

The tag will be replaced with an image with the dimensions of 250 x 150px, using the default color, border and text options as set in the Plugin Parameters.
2. { dummyimage width=250|height=150 } : important: don't use blanks after '{' or before '}'
{dummyimage width=250|height=150}
You can add "width=" and "heigth=", seperated by a '|' to improve readability. The tag in this example will be replaced with an image with the dimensions of 250 x 150px, also using the default color, border and text options as set in the Plugin Parameters.
3. { dummyimage width=400|height=200|color=e5e5e5|bordercolor=cc0033|bordersize=12|fontsize=14|fontcolor=ff0033 } :

This tag will be replaced with an image with the dimensions of 400 x 200px, with the color, border and text options as defined in the syntax.
width (number): set the Image width in pixels
Examples: 000000 (black), ffcc00 (yellow). There is no need to use a #, like in #000000.
You can change any value in the syntax on the fly, click the Apply-button and refresh the page in the frontend (press F5) to get a new image instantly.
1. Make sure the Dummy Image Plugin has been enabled.
2. Set the Access Level to 'Public', even if the Joomla content item or Custom HTML-module is not.
3. Make sure there is no typo in the tag. You can test this by copy/paste any of the example tags here in your content.
