I have been consistently amazed at how easily you have fixed issues with my site. Typically a problem that would have frustrated me all day is fixed by Open Source Support Desk with one or two support points. Being a nonprofit, I must be very careful with money I spend. With Open Source Support Desk, I am saving money compared to the sunk cost of me trying to fix it myself. Instead of fixing website issues all day, I can go back to planning, managing, and strategy.
