How to get started

1. Purchase the Hack CleanUp - Click 'Add to Cart' below
2. Submit a Support Ticket in the Online Helpdesk and include:
   
   • Domain name
   • Server Control Panel username and password (ie. cPanel, Plesk, WHM)
   • If host provides access to it - include the SSH login information (secure shell)
   • FTP username and password
   • Joomla or WordPress administrative login
     

     Just contact your hosting provider in case you don't have Server Control Panel, SSH or FTP login details. Your hosting provider will be able to provide you with these logins.

3. Include any information about when the hack showed up, if you have been getting phishing or SPAM notifications. These will be a notice to ask you to stop sending spam.

Response Time

Since hacking is such a serious issue Open Source Support Desk will have one of our specialty trained hack recovery specialists begin work on your hacked website typically the same day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM US-CST time Monday through Saturday will be reviewed the same day.
